Security Council PAMUN 2007
The Council is composed of five permanent members — China, France, Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States — and ten non-permament members (with year of term's end):

On December 4, 2006, the General Assembly of PAMUN has voted a resolution which enlarges the membership for the Security Council to 24, adding 5 permanent and 4 non-permanent members.
- Five new permanent members according to the following pattern:

| 1 from Latin America and Carribean States | Brazil |
| 1 from European and other states | Turkey |
- Four new non-permanent members according to the following pattern:
